Hi, OpenCart 1.5.2.1 is not supported by Shoppica as stated in the theme description and the documentation. You should upgrade to 1.5.5.x at least to be able to use Shoppica. Regards, |

Hi TB Support, Unfortunately, i don’t know how to upgrade to the latest version of OC without getting a ton of errors in the process. I would love to do it though. When i bought this theme i thought support came with it, no matter what version i was using. Is this such an uncommon error that you can’t help me with? |

Don’t use the index.php in additional then. Do a manual replace as suggested in the docs. Do not forget to restore the original index.php before replacing manually. Regards, |

i still get that error, look: You see this message due one (or more) of the following reasons: 1. You have not enabled your ‘Shoppica Theme CP’ module. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions->Modules and change the status of ‘Shoppica Theme CP’ to `enabled`. 2. You have not properly updated your index.php file. It should contain these two lines (near the end): // Shoppica |
