Hi, my website (apparently) works fine, but a customer informed us of the attached error.
The customer shared our website on Facebook, but when i click on the link using my tablet, i see that error.
If i use the PC the error doesn’t show up.

1. it is activated
2. that line is in the index.php

Help please?

Hi,

OpenCart 1.5.2.1 is not supported by Shoppica as stated in the theme description and the documentation. You should upgrade to 1.5.5.x at least to be able to use Shoppica.

Hi TB Support,

Unfortunately, i don’t know how to upgrade to the latest version of OC without getting a ton of errors in the process. I would love to do it though.

When i bought this theme i thought support came with it, no matter what version i was using.

Is this such an uncommon error that you can’t help me with?

Hi,

we emailed you the latest Shoppica version that supports OpenCart 1.5.2.1.

Please not that we don’t support this version anymore.

Don’t use the index.php in additional then. Do a manual replace as suggested in the docs. Do not forget to restore the original index.php before replacing manually.

i still get that error, look:

You see this message due one (or more) of the following reasons:

1. You have not enabled your ‘Shoppica Theme CP’ module. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions->Modules and change the status of ‘Shoppica Theme CP’ to `enabled`.

2. You have not properly updated your index.php file. It should contain these two lines (near the end):

// Shoppica
$controller->addPreAction(new Action(‘module/shoppica/init’));

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

We see you’ve managed to get your store working.

Are there any errors popping out, when using a mobile device again?
