error after i upgrade Pavilion 1.2.3 and menu doesn't work when i add new

After i upgrade Pavilion 1.2.3 error happen on control panel
error code:
Notice: Use of undefined constant HTTPS_CATALOG – assumed ‘HTTPS_CATALOG’ in /home/empireofants/public_html/shop/tb_themes/pavilion/library/Context.php on line 55

and when i save setting it never done .

other question after i add category and change Sort Order but not upgrade on menu , how i setting to make them change when i not Use default menu code ?

Most probably there is a missing row in your admin/config.php file. It should be:

define('HTTPS_CATALOG', 'https://yoursite.com/');
