Hi Im getting this error what should i do?

 

Undefined index: tb_classes in public_html/catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/product/category.tpl on line 174
2015-03-12 15:20:42 – PHP Notice:  Undefined index: show_stock in public_html/catalog/view/theme/pavilion/template/product/category.tpl on line 213

And this error

PHP Notice: Undefined index: name in /public_html/tb_themes/pavilion/model/defaultModel.php on line 39

which are the Pavilion and OpenCart versions you are currently using ?
