Most of these errors are caused by either by cusom modifications you have made or by custom extensions you have installed.
I see two notices that are comming from shoppica:

The ‘Undefined index’ notices are related to the manufacturers. Either the field ‘name’ is missing from the manufacturers table or it is not returned by the getManufaturer function in catalog/model/catalog/manufacturer.php. This can also be related to custom modifications you made.
It is most likely that these errors are caused by some SEO or caching extensions. It is hard to guess only by the error log. Try disabling your custom extensinos to see if the errors continue to appear.

the only custom extension i have is the restrict payment methods and it is installed for a while now. never got any errors up until a few days ago.
i can’t figure out what it is as i made no changes other than that module.
any solutions ?

We did a deep investigation for your notices and we actually found the cause. They are caused by submitting invalid urls for the brands. These urls are generated by search bots and not by users, so no one will see these notices. We did add additional checks however to prevent these errors from appearing in the error log. The next minor Shoppica update will include this fix.
You can ignore these errors safely, but if you wish you can download and replace the fixed files I have attached to this reply (they are valid for Shoppica 1.0.12 / OC 1.5.2.x only)
