Hello,
i get this error message,
1. You have not enabled your ‘Shoppica Theme CP’ module. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions->Modules and change the status of ‘Shoppica Theme CP’ to `enabled`.
2. You have not properly updated your index.php file. It should contain these two lines (near the end):
Im doing a clean install on open cart v1.5.1.2 , and i have followed step by step the Documentation

Hi,
The steps from the documentation are:
1) Install OpenCart in a directory you choose
2) Copy Shoppica FILES_TO_UPLOAD contents in the directory, you have installed OpenCart
3) Activate the theme from Admin -> System -> Settings -> Store tab -> Template (3rd row)
4) Install Shoppica Theme CP and Shoppica Banners modules from Extension -> Modules
5) Enable Shoppica Theme CP and Shoppica Banners modules
If you follow them correctly, everything should be OK 
If you still experience the problem, you will need to send us the website address, admin and ftp access, so we could check.

Hi,
It seems you forgotten to enable the Shoppica Theme CP module. The other problem, however, is that you have put Shoppica for OpenCart 1.5.0.5 and your OpenCart version is 1.5.1.2.
You will need to reupload the correct Shoppica version and then enable it.

but the last time i checked the Shoppica Theme CP module was enable , and im sure i have uploaded the content of this folder OpenCart_v.1.5.1.x
its true right ? i have to upload the content of this folder OpenCart_v.1.5.1.x ??
i have done it but the problem is not fixed

Again the Shoppica Theme CP module was disabled
We have put it on and now everything is OK.
