Error on checkout in Trendo theme

While checking out with registering new customer, it pops the attached image after “continue”

Theme: Trendo (Burn Engine)
Opencart: 2.3.0.2

Hi,

Is this problem appearing when using the default theme? The error does not look to be theme related.
