This topic has been marked as not a support question.

After installing Pavilion Theme/Template I tried to install the Pavilion CP Extensions Module and get this error:PHP Notice: Array to string conversion in /tb_themes/pavilion/catalog/ThemeCatalogExtension.php on line 186

I uploaded the Patch that Theme Burn provided on one of their posts but this still did not work….now what should I do?

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

We were not able to log into your FTP, but we noticed some things:
- we didn’t see the error you described in this post to appear in the error log
- some files from the theme package are not uploaded. For example catalog/view/theme/pavilion/javascript/fotorama/fotorama.min.js is missing. Please, check if all files are uploaded properly.

There is no javascript subfolder under: catalog/view/theme/pavilion/javascript/fotorama/fotorama.min.js

Some files of the theme package are missing on your server. The catalog/view/theme/pavilion/javascript/fotorama/fotorama.min.js is in the theme package and it’s not present on your server. You have to reupload the package. Is this explanation clear ?

There is no javascript subfolder under: catalog/view/theme/pavilion/javascript/fotorama/fotorama.min.js nor any javascript file in any of the template files…

Hi,

As we’ve said, from what we can see, there are resources that are missing on your server. You need to REUPLOAD all theme files.

I re-uploaded, followed all instructions, selected Pavilion Template and then tried to install the Extension Module Pavilion CP. I go to my website Storefront and get this:

Welcome!

You have successfully installed Pavilion theme. You can now check:

Documentation First Steps Sample Data

The rest of the Page is blank…No opportunity to select the Sample Data

Hi,

You are still missing files in the administration. Can you please, check the ftp details you have shared, as we are unable to log in with them?

I provided THE FTP access…that I used with FTP ZILEZILLA TO UPLOAD THE files….is that what you mean….or do you need access to my Hosting Company CPANEL, etc login information?

Hello David,

We also use FileZilla, but were unable to login with the details you’ve provided. You can share cPanel, if you want and we will create a new temporary ftp account if it is OK.

Try this FTP Access instead that was provided by My Hosting Company:

Thank you.

Hi,

It seems that somehow, your server has not uploaded a single JS theme file (check the screenshot). Javascript is missing not only from the admin panel, but from the store front as well.

Since you’ve uploaded the theme a couple of times and the files are still missing, we would suggest that you contact your hosting provider. There should be some service on your server that is maybe causing this miss.
