Dear Support Team,

It’s us again asking for your help. We have several issues.

1. Every time we log-in in our admin back-office we get ‘Error undefined’ message. We click on the OK and it disappears. Then it reappears every time we move to a new tab and page. It is very annoying. Also, the functions and command buttons on many pages don’t respond. Forexmaple, the upload button on the Extensions page and others too e.g. deleting some orders, etc.

2. We tried to upload the Facebook Ads Extension for Open cart but it was not possible for the reasons described above. The upload begins and then the Error undefined message appears again, blocking the process. We used facebook’s instructions here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1494437460610744?helpref=faq_content

3. We want to instal the Facebook pixel code and tried to locate the header code for our website. How can we do that?

Dear Support Team,
In addition, the problem with switching from EN to BG language version of the webiste is still there.
Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t.

Hi Vesela,

Your configuration was pointing to the non www website url and the redirect was pointing to the www version. This was causing problems in administration. We’ve fixed it and now everything should be OK.

About language problem – we were not able to see anything wrong, besides you haven’t added Bulgarian translation of the theme. More information can be found here:

Dear Support Team,
Thank you very much and sorry to bother you again.
BUT
1. The problem with the ERROR UNDEFINED in the back office disappeared for a few days after you fixed it to our greatest joy and now it has returned. It reappeared when I clicked to view one of our orders. I attch the screenshot from today.
2. We’re unable to delete orders that have expired or cancelled from the system. Can you help us with that?
3. We want to instal Facebook’s pixel on our website https://www.yoghsoap.com. We tried to upload the Facebook Ads Extension for Open cart but it was not possible. The upload begins and then the Error undefined message appears again, blocking the process. 3. Where is the header code for our website. How can we add code to it so that we try and manually add the Facebook pixel?

Not sure if you saw our follow-up mail of 12 Oct.
The ERROR UNDEFINED problem is still there as we switch from page to page in the back office. Impossible to delete redundant orders too.
Hope you can solve this one.

Dear Support Team,
2 BIG problems: one old which is not resolved and one that you haven’t replied to us yet although we write you about it 3 times.
We write you again with the same problem that we signalled on 29 September.
We get an ERROR UNDEFINED message on all our back-office operations every time we click on a tab or any operation. This is blocking the normla functioning of the store. For example on 19 October 2018 we got an order which is visible in the Dashboard. When we clicked on it to view its details, we got the ERROR UNDEFINED message again. I attach a screenshot.

That is due to the ERROR UNDEFINED problem too.

Hi Vesela,

About the error message – it was appearing only on the view order page, but we’ve managed to apply a fix.

About the problem with installing Facebook pixel, please contact the extension developer.

The problems you have reported are not theme related. They will appear even if we completely disable theme modifications and uninstall Organie (BurnEngine). As theme developers, we are liable only for theme related problems and cannot be help responsible for issues of the OpenCart software or 3rd party software.
