I am getting an error when attempting to export all settings prior to updating.

is the error I’m getting, + 67 pages of encryption it looks like. I turned off pictures, as suggested, and that did not work either. I’ve searched to attempt to find an answer but most posts end with theme burn logging in and correcting the problem. I am going to be updating opencart today, and then theme engine but I want to back everything up prior and I am running into this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
