Another thing that we noticed today is that we are unable to import the package with settings after it’s exported. The error is “Not an accepted file type”.

Hi,
Unfortunately, we will need more information about this problem. What file have you tried to upload, what extension? The reason can easily be a server setting disallowing the upload of files of a certain mime type.
We will need some sample installation, where we could test.

Hi Team,
As we already mentioned, the file we are trying to import is the file with settings, styles, etc. that we previously exported from Theme settings -> Export options. This function was perfectly working some time ago.

We tried to export->import a settings file on your server and haven’t had any issues. The “Not an accepted file type” message is displayed if you try to upload a file other than ‘.zip’. Can you attach the file you are trying to import and also share which browser are you using to do it ?

Hi Team,
We uploaded the exported file with settings. We tested it on 2 browsers – Chrome and Firefox.
