This topic has been marked as resolved.

When I validate my site with http://validator.w3.org, I got 4 errors all about the same: (if I switch to default template – then it passed without errors)

<input type="hidden" id="main_color" value="#2fd495" />

Line 156, Column 55: document type does not allow element “input” here; missing one  “p”, “h1″, “h2″, “h3″, “h4″, “h5″, “h6″, “div”, “address”, “ins”, start-tag

I am using opencart 1.5.1.1 with shoppica 1.0.9. My website is http://www.chickenstitches.com

Hi,

we never claimed our theme is 100% XHTML valid :)
Although there is no broken or not-semantic markup, we do not pass some XHTML cases (such as the comments you mentioned and the target attribute of the links for example), and we don’t think it is an issue at all.

Thanks for the comment anyway.

I just was wondering what this line of the code doing? Is it something that helps to change colors through Color Schemer?
