Extension Compatability Request – Related Options

The Related Options Extension (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=14763) does not work with the default Pavilion theme.

Specifically, the options to not become un-selectable. I suspect this is an issue with the VQMod File not correctly placing the script to block out the options.

Please let me know what you need to make this extension compatible.
