We do not have custom extension that are installed from OpenCart’s extension installer. What exactly are you trying to do ? Colud you describe the steps you are going through in order to invoke this error ? -

i purchased “pincode and service check” extension from “XXXXsolution” they tried to install then replied “We installed Pincode module at your server properly but your ocmod is not unable to show our code , i mean there is problem with your ocmod so fix this from your developer.

I have attached our updated latest version for pincode module for your convenient.”

if needed i waill share my ftp credentials.please resolve my problem.

As the developer said, there is a problem with OcMod, which is not connected with our themes. We do not overwrite OpenCart core files.

To be 100% sure our theme is not causing the mentioned issues, you can just uninstall the theme it and try again to install “pincode and service check” extension. If it is installed successfully, we’ll take a look about a potential conflict (though we do not believe such one exists).
