Hi all,
I tried to find the solution of my problem in this forum, but can’t find it actually.
I have a problem with my facebook like box, when I am not logged in at facebook, the like button appears on a strange position with a different (double) icon. See screenshot attached.
When logged in at facebook there seems no problem and the like button is as it should be.
What is wrong here and how can I change it?
Hope you can help me out! Thanks!

Hi,
Are you trying to set up a facebook page and not something else?

Hi,
Problem solved!
My facebook page was created but not activated for public yet, when I did activate the facebook page, the problem is solved! I think I have previously read over it.
Thanks for your comment!

I am still facing the same problem inspite of following the intructions and replacing the contents in catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/stylesheet
and changing the version of facebook css in catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/common/footer.tpl
(facebook.css.php?2.0 to facebook_ie.css.php?2.0)
Had to unfortunately turn off the widget.
Is there (also) any way that I can just show the count of facebook fans rather than dislaying their profile pics without being logged in to the facebook?

@udsglobal
We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
@arpanchhetri
The problem you experience, is most likely provoked by your facebook privacy settings.

I’ve still the same problem, also after editing all the files you just mentioned.
When logged in to my facebook i see everything displayed well, when logged out i see the like button on the wrong position and not in the Shoppica style.
When using Chrome – GOOD
When using Firefox – WRONG
When using Safari – WRONG
When using IE – GOOD
I’m using the latest version of OC.
Here are my details;

@Rovara
Everything seems fine on Firefox and Safari. Maybe the problem is coming from uncleared browser cache.
You can take a look at the attached screenshot.

2) Open catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/common/footer.tpl and change the file version of the facebook css (the number after the ?):
facebook.css.php?2.0
facebook_ie.css.php?2.0
Wath mean this?
need to find this string on file and chande to
facebook.css.php?2.2.1
facebook_ie.css.php?2.2.1
tks

@mascimax
Yes, this is exactly, what you need to do.
We have also forgot the maintenance template:
catalog/view/theme/shoppcia2/template/common/maintenance.tpl
There is link to the facebook css file there as well.
