I am having a conflict with a plugin that utilizes a Facebook APP ID. I get the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Facebook in /home/ericdeem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-customizer/inc/hybridauth/Hybrid/thirdparty/Facebook/facebook.php on line 160
I contacted the developer of the Plug-in but they say it is a theme related problem…any help please?

Hello,
We dont have such class Facebook in our theme files. Maybe the conflict is between two plugins.
We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,
There is no such error on your website, on which page do you get this error? Product Customizer is working fine.

According to the Product Customizer plugin author…there is a conflict with the Facebook option that is related to the theme. My customers should be able to access their facebook page to retreive images for use on the product they are customizing. When customers click on the Facebook logo within the plugin I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Facebook in /home/ericdeem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-customizer/inc/hybridauth/Hybrid/thirdparty/Facebook/facebook.php on line 160
I thought it was the plugin since it is directly related but they say it and the fonts issues within the plugin are all theme issues?!?

I get the following error from the Facebook domain when a customer clicks the link within the plugin:
Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.

Hello,
This is something with plugin configuration, and it is not related with Shoppica.
