Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ControllerCommonMaintenance VqMod

I followed all install instructions.
Getting this error when using Shoppica2 theme: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ControllerCommonMaintenance in public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_common_maintenance.php on line 64″

VqMod version: 2.4.1
OC version: 1.5.6.1

Fixed by removing VqMod, but am curuis what caused the errors

Shoppica does work well with vqmod, but some of the vqmod extensions may have caused this error. We are not able to guess which extensions have been installed from you. You don’t need to remove the whole vqmod, but the problematic extension which raises the error.
