Hello ThemBurn Team,

I have encountered a issue using 3rd Party Popup Box Pro v2.2.2 Extension installed for pop up functionality. I was able to export the module to TB_Widgets and the pop ups work fine on all category, product and information pages.

The issue is specific to story/blog pages. They generate the Fatal Error below. The error points to inability to load the 3rd Party popup_box_moment.tpl file. The popup_box_moment.tpl file in error is not part of the extensions directory/file structure. Their file structure has popup_box_moment.twig file in that directory.

I raised the issue with CuisPi the Popup box Pro developers and after several emails back and forth they conclude that:

Since the other pages works fine and the only blog page has the problem, then the culprit must be the layout system that processes the blog layout.

The issue is happening outside our product and is happening within your layout system of your theme. It’s hard for me to read through and understand the code of other developers products. Contact the developer of the theme.

I initially had the issue related to saving the blog/story settings and upgraded the theme and burn engine per guidance found in your forum. This resolved the issue with saving blog/story settings. All blog/stories worked with the Popup Box Pro module pop up disabled but when enabled I the get the error below.

I am confused because I see .tpl files in the OpenCart_v3.0.x Pavilion theme package but thought that OC did not use/support them any more.

Could this be a bug in the Pavilion blog/story module? I’ve read different post related to issues using php 7. Could it somehow be related to php version?

This is seen in Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers.

I purchased the Pavilion theme back in July 2016 and my support has expired. Per change log v2.3.1 addressed issues related to blog/stories. Is there a newer version of theme and burn engine available that would resolve this issue if renew support?
