Hello,
1) You have to add them via Visual Composer.
2) This word is located in theme language file.
3) Related products appear automatically, please check in Theme Options if you set display number.

2) We have tested again and it is in Woocommerce language gile. With the new version Gallery string is missing from Woocommerce language file and you have to add following code to it and it will work:
#: includes/wc-template-functions.php:952
msgid "Gallery"
msgstr "" <- Your translation
3) Any number more than 0
