Fire fox and safari problem

When I bought this you stated that it was firefox and Safari compatible… I have got issues from sellers and some customers that use both of these browsers and either things are positioned wrong or products are set weird. Sellers when listing do not have list your product form all in one column they are sideways and half the list is missing. Customers say the site looks right. A quote from an email from one customer Your new look website looks nice and bright but does not display properly on my Firefox browser . The first line of the descriptions under the pics gets overwritten by any other lines . I tried using the Safari browser and it displays the pages properly except that it stretches your Truly Handcrafted title and logo is this some kind of bug? I am getting one of my sellers to do a screen grab to show you what I mean for product listing	TrulyHandcrafted71
