Fire Slider Problem

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

I created a new slide by going BurnEngine > Fire Slider > Add Slider

I then choose an image cover

I click on +Layers to add smaller images inside the slider

I click on Add Layer > Type Image > add new image

When I do, the image cover from Sildes have been replaced by the new image.

When I add another layer and add a new image, all images in the cover and layer are also replaced by the new image

Basically I cannot add new image. When I do, all images from the slide cover and the old layers are also replaced by the new layout image. Why is that?

Hi,

We cannot replicate the above problem. Which is your theme version? Can we check the live website? We will need the url and admin access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

Here is a screencast with the exact steps you have provided:

Everything works fine. Do we miss something?

hi.

No you did not miss anything and it looks like it’s working fine now which is pretty weird.

I will monitor my system again and will let you know if the issue exists again

I have 1 background for 2 slides.
But I dont want it to move when switching slides
How do I do that?

Hi,

Unfortunately the slider itself does not have that option. The only thing you can do here is to:

1) Remove the background from each slide.

2) Set it as a background image for the Fire Slider block in Page Builder
