I recently installed Shoppica on my site along with a plug-in called WP Products Designer. Within the plug-in I am able to add additional fonts that customers can use to customize their product. I have installed a dozen or so fonts thru the plugin admin area but they are not working correctly. I reached out the plugin author and they told me it is a conflict with the theme. Any help would be appreciated.

Did the plugin authors let you know what could be the problem? Fonts are working if you select another font and then return to first one, it is something like cache problem.

The plugin author stated they used another theme on my domain and the fonts worked perfect. They claim it is a theme issue but didn’t direct me as to what the problem could stem from. I hope you are able to resolve this and my facebook issue (same plugin – same theme as this)

Hello,
This problem should be fixed now. Keep in mind that this plugin doesnt add products to cart like default woocommerce do it and cart is not update with ajax after product is added to cart. Fix for this should be refreshing product page after add to cart.
