The formatting of the payment / credit card box on the checkout page is not displaying properly when using either Authorize.net or Simplify Commerce. I have tested this with the Twenty-Twelve theme and it is displaying fine. Any help in locating the file I need to edit to fix this formatting issue would be greatly appreciated.
