Hi Guys, Hopefully you can help me.

Having tried get the store to work numerous times now. I keep on getting the following message when I visit the front end:

Notice: Constant TB_THEME_ROOT already defined in /home/ohsocust/public_html/catalog/controller/common/tb_themes.php on line 10Notice: Constant TB_STORE_ID already defined in /home/ohsocust/public_html/catalog/controller/common/tb_themes.php on line 11

Hi!

We are unable to replicate the issue on our servers. Would it be possible to receive temporary FTP access so we can look into your issue more accurately ?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I was able to fix the issue from the admin panel only. The Pavilion modification was installed twice in Extension -> Modifications, respectively applied twice which caused your errors. I uninstalled the first one, hit the refresh button and now everything works.

What bothers me though is the server slow upload, which causes very high response times when editing content blocks. Another possibility is some limitations or security policies which delay incoming requests. Are you experiencing the same issues when trying to edit a block in the page builder ? Where do you host your site ?

Thank you so much for your support…very impressed indeed!

I host with http://www.ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk, is there anything I could say to them to find out why the admin is so slow?

Hello,

Oh yes it is very delayed for me, taking over 5 minutes to process or just not processing at all :(

Hello,

Having spoken with the server owners, they have said that they cannot see any issues with the configuration on the server that could halt the updates.

Can you help?

We identified the issue. It appears that your hosting has security policies which identify some pavilion data as false positive. This slows down the request as it is most likely analyzed and eventually dropped.

The good news is that we were able to spot which data chunks are problematic and alter their transfer format so that your server doesn’t panic. We applied the fixes and it seems everything is fine now.

We will also include this change in our upcoming Pavilion 1.0.1 update, thought it’s an extremely edge case.

Hi,

Thank you so much, but unfortunately I still have this issue :(

Where do you have this issue ? We are able to work with the Pavilion admin very smoothly on your server. Can you give us an example so we can log into your admin and observe it ?

Hello,

I have just tried to change the colour of the main accent, with the live preview showing and it took over 3 minutes to update unfortunately.

I think we fixed that one too. Can you try again ?
