Hello,

We had purchased Pavilion last year and got good support initially. It is currently deployed in our site http://www.yantrr.com

But we now need some support to move to new versions of the theme, and I am not getting any responses to open issues for past few months.

If you have a policy to have paid support after initial purchase, let me know and I will but that support. But it is important to continue to provide support.

Hi Ash,

We see you have an unresolved issue with the Discounts tab. Unfortunately your Pavilion version is more than 1 year old and is not developed anymore. We will gladly help you to migrate to the new version 2 of Pavilion. Here are some tips for you to start:

1) Do not upload latest theme version directly on your existing store.

2) Create a a separate dev (sub)domain and duplicate your existing store there.

3) Upload new theme version on the dev domain and run the updater.

Unfortunately the migration tool is not a full transfer solution since there are lots of differences between Pavilion 1 and 2. You can still need to manually transfer some of the theme styling options.

If you experience any problems, please provide admin and ftp access for your new installation.
