Google Checkout "Internal Error in server"

I get the following error when i try to checkout with Google Checkout on the shoppica theme.

Please check my website and test it.

I have it displayed in the product area as well as on checkout, would primarily want it only on checkout.

Is the bug still valid? Because we have tried several times to checkout with Google Checkout and experienced no problems?
