Hey guys,

I’m having an issue with integrating EBS payment gateway (support.ebs.in) with the Shoppica OpenCart theme. I sincerely hope either the awesome ThemeBurn guys who are experts at this stuff can help, because I’m lost…

(1) I’m using Shoppica Version 1.0.8 – I bought it on August 5th 2011

(2) I’ve installed OpenCart 1.5.1 on Arvixe web hosting (Arvixe.com)

(3) When I added the EBS integration kit for processing credit card payments from India (integration kit found here: https://support.ebs.in/app/index.php?/default_import/Knowledgebase/Article/View/225/0/opencart-v150-ebs-integration-kit-version-25

when I get to the test checkout and enter the following info for testing:

I get through the “authorization” test screen but upon returning to the merchant (my website), it shows me the screenshot seen at

Another thing that happens is that after the screenshot error shows “Sorry, Try Again” “Payment Failed”, the cart seems to keep the items that were supposed to be checked out. Even after closing and reopening the browser, the items don’t show on the homepage cart on the next session but show up later in the checkout process (I tried deleting the cookies but that didn’t deter those products from appearing either).

(4) This isn’t a visual error and it seems to reoccur in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer

(5) I did not make any modifications to the theme or add any additional plug-ins

(6) Regarding my site,

Hi VickAmaze!

Would you please disable Shoppica theme and test if this errors occurs with the default theme also ?

Hi…I tried it with the default theme and also faced the same issue. So I worked it out with the EBS team, they said there were some server side issues which were resolved. Thanks, Vick
