Hello I’ve searched already and not been able to find a solution to the following. My header doesn’t appear in mobile version. please help!

This is no good support, I expect a lot from the theme but a lot of people who post error submitting their complain. The author is not responsive as I expected unlike other site support, here it takes days before they can respond. I’m appealing to Envato for a refund, I hope this is reasonable enough. Thank you!

Hello,

I already manage the solution for it by re-installing the theme. I Still don’t know how your drag and drop works as advertised on your promotion. One thing, please hire someone that will handle your support because we need immediate help and we don’t want to stuck at certain problem.

The live preview from Shoppica Cpanel for Desktop/Laptop is different compare with my PC/Laptop view. How is that possible?

Can you please provide screenshots? Generally, Shoppica demo is a bit old and may have some slight differences.

Hi,

Your category has its “Top” option unchecked. We’ve enabled it, cleared theme cache and the category is now showing.

Here we’ve described most common reason for menu links/categories disappearing from the site:

Hello,

Why my right banner doesn’t align property with the fire slider even though I have same image size on the banner? Other thing, I have search topic for prices alignment and I found this link: http://support.themeburn.com/reply/reply-to-modify-the-price-display

but I don’t get much on it. Any other way to adjust the prices alignment? please see my CLEARANCE/SPECIAL row it’s different from my LATEST ROW, I want to be like the CLEARANCE/SPECIAL prices settings.

Is it okay If I have to continue on this post with my new query? or shall I make another post on it? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,

1) We’ve changed the banner aspect ratio a bit and banners are now aligned.

2) The topic about changing price is more than 5 years old and is not usable any more. Please provide more information about what exactly you want to change.

For different issues, please open new topics.
