Hi,
why you don’t answer to the ticket?

I need to know how put the background on the header for demo 1. I want white background. I tried all possible combinations without success.

Hi,

Header background can be edited from Theme Settings > Style > Header. There you can edit text colors too.

Is this what you are looking for?

We could take a look at the live website, but will need need url and admin access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

1) http://whatismyscreenresolution.net/multi-screen-test is not a reliable tool to test your website. Each browser has a dev tool with the option for mobile testing. You can also use a real emulation tool like BrowserStack (they have a free plan).

2) The menu + problem has been fixed with the most recent version of Trendo (which you have). It seems we have forgotten to update the demo (we are updating it at the moment).

ME:
1) Hi checked with different phone (my note 4 and iphone 7). Same problem. Menu doesn’t appear.

2) Whislist icon it’s in a strange position in home

Hi,

1) We’ve restored the original Site Logo system block and uploaded a logo from Admin > System > Settings > Images.

2) There was a position problem with the wishlist button, which we’ve fixed with some extra CSS:

.tb_grid_view .product-thumb_style1 .tb_button_wishlist,
.tb_grid_view .product-thumb_style2 .tb_button_wishlist
{
  left: auto;
}

The fix will be part of the next update.

thanks for the support.
I need the slide start exactly at the end of the header, but i tried all possible configuration without success.
Please check attached img to understand what i mean.
Please don’t reset the setting, because i am building the theme as i want.

Hi,
ok, but now when you scroll down the page, you can see the white for a second, as if there is elastic effect …check attached img.
Can we stop this effect?

Hi,

You can remove the white part but will loose the animation. Unfortunately there is no perfect solution.

#header .tbStickyHide {
  animation: none !important;
}
#header:not(.tbStickyRestored) .tbStickyHide {
  display: none !important;
}

Add these styles from the Theme CP > Theme Settings > Custom > Custom Stylesheet text field.

Hi,
i added the folder BurnEngine/ on my default language: /httpdocs/spizzone/catalog/language/it-it/BurnEngine

But nothing is changed. I still see english in the frontend. Of course, i set italian in admin setting like a frontend language…

Can you check please?

Hi,

1) Menu label can be hidden (and leave only icon) when you insert a space in the menu “custom label” field:

2) Tabs content can be accessed after your click on the expand (plus) button:

3) Banners use a style preset, which is accessible from Theme Settings > Style > Presets > Banner.
