thanks for answer.
About points 1 and 2, perfect. About point 3, i already set the samve values for italian and english language, but don’t work, as you can see on the attached image.

Could you please check? I need on the italina language, the same font of the english language.

Ps. Your the is amazing, you jsut need to work on the documentation;)

Hi,
for the first 2 points ok, but the third point is not working. I set exactly the same values for both languages (english and italian), but nothing changed. Check attached image.

I need to have the same font you set, also in italian language.

Hi,

It seems there is a problem with presets that we cannot resolve at moment. You cannot change built-in presets and will need more time to investigate the exact problem.

A solution for you would be to remove all presets from banners and set typography settings individually.

I tried to look everywere, but i couldn’t find. There is only a informationg page Megafilter Pro, but nothing inside.

Hi,
other issue. Why in my pagebuilder and syle setting i can’t see Level 2 Categories?
Now, if i want have the same header setting for level 2 categories i have to add manually for each category values and i lose a lot of time. Can you tell me how i can add Level 2 categories in the dropdown menu?

Hi,

1) The filter used in the demo is not part of the theme. This is a third party extension that you can buy separately (we are not connected with this extension in any way). Mega Filter PRO is the extension you need. You can also use default OpenCart filters as well:

2) You need to use “All categories” to target the lowest category level.

Hi,
the fact i have to buy an extension for have the same filter you showed in your demo it’s unfair.
It cost more the filter than the theme!

Anyway, for the point 2 it’s not as you said. I gave the same style to the header at all categories, but nothing changed check yourself:

You can check attached img1.jpg (all imges and video are inside attached zip folder called issues.zip)

- I also need to know where i can manage the form style, because i added custom fields and there is some problem with the visualization.
Please check atteched img2.jpg and img3.jpg

- There is some issue with the registration form. When you fill all fields and click the button continue, the page scroll to the bottom and you don’t see the rest of the form. Check img4.jpg and the video

Please, answer me asap, i have to finish the site urgently.

Hi,

1) We’ve fixed your header. Have you got a third level category that you’ve removed? There was a hidden saved style scope for level 2 that was messing the header. We’ve created a temporary category, deleted this scope and then removed the third level category.

2) We’ve added some CSS fixes about form alignment that will be part of the next update. Unfortunately, there is not much to do with such long form labels.

3) We’ve added some custom JS to improve the scrolling experience.

4) Sorry about misleading you with the filter in our demo, but our theme has a clear description and we’ve never advertised such a feature to be part of our product. As we’ve said the extension is not ours, but is the most popular and professional filter extension on the market an we just show a smooth integration.

Hi,
i bought an extension for the filters but i want to undertsand why if i pubblish on the left column in all categories, in can’t see. The only way to see, is pubblish in all left column for single category, but this is wrong. I need the system works, because i can’t lose all thi time. If i pubblish something in ALL Categories, i need to have in all categories without have to pubblish manually in each single category, right?

Please, can you check and fix asap?

I created for example a text widget called “prova “to the left column and i assigne to all categories, but, as you will see, in some category appear, in some it doesn’t.
Why this happen?

Hi,

You had saved 3 different scopes for the left column and product categories:

- One that target a specific category and has a top priority
- One that target level 1 categories (2nd in priority)
- The one that handles all categories (you’ve put the filter here) which has the lowest priority

We’ve deleted the first two scopes and now “All categories” settings are applied everywhere.

Listen,
if is as you said, now should work fine, but it doesn’t.
I published in all categories left column area the Subcategories widget, but as you will see, it’s not shown in all categories, but only in some of them…
So, the problem is still there and i really need you solve it asap.

Hi,

Filter “problem” was not theme related. You just need to select an option in filter settings:

Now it shows everywhere (except empty categories).
