How do I customise the meta tags for each page?

I would like to know if you have built in a way for me to alter the meta ‘title’ and ‘description’ tags and add in ‘keyword’ tags (for Bing and Yahoo SE)?

So far when creating the actual page or post I can not see a way to personalise these & anyone who knows SEO knows that this is pretty important so as to avoid duplicate tag warnings and to optimize the theme of the page.

Please advise how to do this and if you can’t – why?
And what the solution is.

There is a lot good free SEO plugins in wordpress plugin directory.

Hi,

We didn`t tested all the plugins with our theme but most of them will work. Do you have any problems with specific plugin?
