How to add a sitemap page to my site

This topic has been marked as resolved.

I would like to include a page on my sitemap page on my website which gave links to other pages on the site.

I have created an information page called sitemap, but I can’t see any settings that will allow me to generate the content / links for the sitemap page.

Can you please let me know if there is any function set up in the pavilion theme to generate these links automatically?

Hi,

There is no way to automatically generate all website links in an information page.

However OpenCart has a sitemap page by default. It can be found under the System tab in Menu Composer and Menu builder block and in System > Information from the Page Builder scopes dropdown.

Thanks. I have set up the sitemap as a link on the menu of my site.

I have a couple of follow up questions:

I would have preferred to have the sitemap link as one of the links in the footer area – is this possible?

Also, when I set up the sitemap in the menu, it included all the information pages about the theme, which I have disabled, so they don’t appear on the sitemap page. Can these pages be deleted rather than disabled, or would this cause any issue with the theme?

Regards,

Tom

Hi,

I have found out how to add the sitemap link to the footer of my site, so no reply to my question is required.
