How to add Delivery Date and Time option during check out process instead of on every product's option?

I noticed in opencart, the only way to add delivery date and time option is in the option under individual product. This is too much work if I have to add this option in every products in the shop.

Does anyone know how to add this option in the check out (shipping) process?
And it must be able to support v.1.5.1.1

Hi @design8s!

I fear the customization you are asking for is relatively big as it requires a fair amount of coding in several places in the core opencart files. You may have to search for a freelancer to do this work for you. You can also try to ask this question in the official opencart forums – someone might have done such a customization and could share it with you.
