Hi,
Unfortunately, all additional home pages are just information pages. We’ve made them to illustrate the endless capabilities of the Page Builder tool.
Generally, we will introduce some templating system in the future, but for the moment you will need to rebuild them for the home page.

Hi,
Categories on the left are shown with the help of the Categories content block. You can check the entire configuration in theme demo administration panel at http://pavilion-theme.com/admin/

Hi,
Here are the steps:
1) Log into theme administration demo at http://pavilion-theme.com/admin/
2) Go to Pavilion CP > Page Builder
3) For the Content area (tab), choose from the scopes dropdown Home ver.3
You can now take a look at rows and content blocks that are used and for their settings.
If you have further questions, do not hesitate to ask
