How to Change the Price look and position

How do you remove the circle around the price and move the price below the name of the item. Showing just the price and also how to make it where it does not automatically include the tax?

For example, an item costs $150 but on the website it will show $162.38 and etc. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

1) To remove the price tag, you could take a look at this topic: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/remove-price-in-catagories

2) The option to show the price with/without the tax is located in Admin -> System -> Settings -> Option tab
