How to get and apply updates to Pavilion Theme

I really did try and search for the answer to this but I keep seeing references to being emailed updates. If I have been sent one of these email I do not know to what account it is going to as I have never seen one. Am I missing something?

Also, as I have never got one of these, if and when I do how do I apply the update(s)?

Hello James,

Latest version of Pavilion is always available for download from your ThemeForest account. There you can subscribe for email notification, once an update has become available.
