Hi all,
Just got the WP Shoppica and for the life of me don’t know how to enable columns in the drop down as per the demo does when you hover over ‘Shop’…..
I would like to have 4 columns appear – please can someone tell me how you enable this??

Next question:
I have the header background set to black- how can I change the ‘Top Nav’ text colour so that it initially shows as white? (the text is under the search bar)
Also can you tell me how I can remove the white edges from the search icon?

Hello,
Shoppica is using only white content background, if you want to change it to another color you have to change all font colors in styles and icons personally.

Ok I understand.
Can you tell me :
1) As you can see the background of the header has been changed to black (I had someone do this for me). How can I reset it to white again?
- I can’t get the original person to do it because we have had a falling out.
I would really appreciate you helping me set it back to white because I have looked your demo code, the original header file, my header file and I can’t see how they changed it to black.
2) Another issue I have noticed is the alignment on this page is weird:

Why does it show the shopping cart above the intro area?
3) And if you click ‘Shop’ why does it not show the 1 product I have uploaded?
4) Do you have a demo that shows pages using WP-Ecommerce? Because I would really like to see that for better reference on how pages are meant to function using that system instead of woo.

Yes I actually bought your theme because I could use WPEC. So I would appreciate being able to see a working example of your theme in WPEC for my reference on how things should work. Because I can’t use Table shipping I don’t want to use woo.
I have some new problems that I can’t figure out why they are happening:
1) Why does the products page display like this:

2) Why does the Shop page not display my sidebar that I tell it to display & why is the share bar out of alignment?

3) What is the difference between the products page and the shop pages above?
4) Why are there different navigational ways to get to product pages? For example in the main navigation if you hover over ‘Battery Operated’ or ‘Amber Flame’ you see one URL. And if you scroll to the bottom of the page in the 1st footer column and hover over the same items – you get totally different URLs….. this also happens when you add an item to the cart and go to click the item and when your cart is empty it goes to take you to a page that doesn’t exist….
5) This also then causes issues when you are on the ‘Shop’ Page and click the product- it goes to take you to a page that doesn’t exist.
6) In the actual product- how do i change text ‘Shipping’ to display ‘Delivery’ ?
7) In the actual product – how do I apply formatting to the ‘Additional Description’ section?
 How do I enable the delivery (shipping) price to be displayed on the product page without it affecting the delivery price in the cart when i am using the table rate delivery option?
I would appreciate you answering each number.

Hello,
1-5 was caused because pages were not configured properly. We already fixed this.
6) You can change this in language file.
7) There is no option in the plugin to format additional description.
Please read plugin documentation or post in WPEC support forums about this questions.

1) There is specific widget zone for store and categories.
2) We will make a patch to fix this.
About new quesitons:
1) Add link inside widget.
2) Arrow are perfectly aligned, but your image is not enought in width.
3) Please check in wordpress plugin directory for such plugin
4) Please read WPEC documentation how to configure pages.

1) There is specific widget zone for store and categories. >> I know this- I have widgets in them but they are not displaying. I have the sidebar enabled in the actual page as well- but still it does not display.

4) Please read WPEC documentation how to configure pages. >> As you support WPEC do you not already have pages with the shortcodes already enabled like you do for woo? (personally I would think that you would have this set up as it is a cart system that you advertise you are compatible with.)

1) This widgets are “Product Category” and “Single Product”, you can`t add them from page. And they was empty yesterday. We added one widget for example.

1) Sorry but we just check its not possible, because WordPress is stripping html code.
2) Minimum 940px width
4) If you check in sample data you will see there is the pages needed for WPEC. But we provide support only for theme related problems.
