This topic has been marked as not a support question.
Hello, We need to install facebook pixel base code with Pavilion theme, in order to track customers coming from Facebook Ads. Facebook doesn’t have a step by step guide for this theme, so I would appreciate if you could guide me through it, please. Facebook states the following: STEP1: Locate the header code for your website. You must install the pixel base code into the header code of every page of your website. This lets you get data about all page views on your website, to establish a baseline for measuring specific events. Find the <head></head> tags in your webpage code, or locate the header template in your CMS or web platform. STEP2: Install Event Code Events are actions that happen on your website, either as a result of Facebook ads (paid) or not (organic). Event code lets you track those actions and leverage them in advertising. You can use the 9 standard events that Facebook pre-defines to track and optimize ads for conversions. To measure and optimize for more granular actions, you can add parameters to your events by using recommended or advanced installation options for your event tags (see below). You can also create custom events for actions important to your business that you define. You must install event code on specific pages of your website where the actions will happen. Then it states where the codes should be copied for each action. Since facebook doesn’t offer detailed instructions, could you, please? Would this be easier with some extension (is there one?), or is it better to do it manually? |

We would like to proceed as you instructed, but we just lack the knowledge currently and need more help: 1. The Facebook pixel code structure first has a script/script part, which you said we should delete. But after this closing tag, there is a noscript/noscript code part. What should we do with that one? Thank you very much in advance! |

Hi, 1) You can put the noscript part after the script part in the vqmod. Just like in the Facebook example. 2) Here is the official tutorial how to installvqmod and vqmod modifications: https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod/wiki/Installing-vQmod-on-OpenCart BR, |
