Topic: How to sort products in Shoppica 2 Intro Product Slideshow?

Hello, I couldn’t figure out, how to, so I will ask you, maybe it is simple and it is my bad, that I can not find where I can do this: I have 3 products in my Intro Product Slideshow. I want them displayed in this order A, B, C. All the time, it doesn’t matter, what I do, they are not displayed in this order. Would be great if the last added product would be the first, so it will attract most of the customers. So my question is, how to sort products in shoppica 2 intro theme product slideshow? Thanks. Hi, currently setting the display order of the intro products is not possible with Shoppica. We’ll consider this feature for a future update. Regards, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

This would be a welcomed fix. We want to display products in priority order – not just alphabetically. Any idea if this feature will be on the horizon some time soon?	iQuery

Hmmm I made an VQmod file to do that dowload it and see at the end you have $products=array_sort($products,’date_available’,SORT_DESC); so the products are sorted by date, recent first. just change SORT_DESC by SORT_ASC if you want the inverse… just to know, you guys at themeburn are still working on shoppica theme for opencart or it won’t have any improvement in the future ? thx	StudioLeBus
