i can’t see my site. i see this message

You see this message because BurnEngine is not properly installed.

This problem is usually caused when BurnEngine module is not installed. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions -> Modules, find \’BurnEngine CP\’ and click \’install\’.

Hi,

Can you please describe more? Is this a new installation? Or is it an old website that was working fine until this error message appeared?

In each case we will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
