I have tried uninstalling the theme, I checked the class in each block and their fine. I have searched and found custom CSS codes in the forums and none of them worked. Please help

Hello KKS787

Same problem is happening to me. I just realized it today.

My mobile has no header and Menu Search, but it used to work fine and I didn’t change any set at my theme or extensions.

Tks

@kks787

You need to insert the extra classes on your rows and columns (those that hold the elements you want to be visible on mobile) too:

@renestevam

Can we take a look at your live website?

By default these settings are inserted on theme installation. However when you rearrange your header (add and remove rows and blocks), you need to insert some system CSS classes manually. More information about setting your Mobile header can be found here:

I couldn’t find this header advanced area. It didn’t use to happen and I didn’t update my theme, why header and Menu isn’t appearing now.

I will open another ticket so I can send you access information.

All of the tags are entered in the proper areas as shown in the link that you submitted. The code for the header is not being pulled at all. it’s not that it is not pulling the mobile menu. there is just nothing.

Hi,

We could take a look and manage your store settings if you share admin access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
