image cache problem

hi, i’m using opencart 2.1.0.2 and cache enabled. but after a few hours images are not shown in my opencart store. when i clear image cache they are all fine again. but again and again after few hours they are all gone. when they are gone i see pixel.gif(which is blank) from kiddos theme is shown instead all product and slider images.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check. If it is not a problem, please leave non working images.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
