Hello,
I´m having a problem related to banners/images sizes but I couldn´t find the answer in the forum…the banners/images I created are displaying to small (almost impossible even to see whats written) in small screens, like my notebook. In bigger screens they´re fine.
How can I upload different versions (different sizes) of the same image so I can choose wich one will be displayed according to the size of the screen of the user?
Thanks for your help

Hi,
Can you please provide some more information? For the moment we are not able to fully understand your request. If appropriate, you can attach some screenshots to better illustrate, what exactly you mean. It would also be nice if you share a link to the live example.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,
Sorry, I´m new to this, so the question might have seemed a little confusing. I was working with an image in a large screen, when I open my web site on a smaller screen desktop, the image is unrecognizable, and the tex it contains is unreadable… i was wondering if there is way to deal with this situations in shoppica/theme burn.
I have attached bellow an image with a better description of the problem I´m facing…
Thanks for the support.

Hi,
This method is called art direction, but unfortunately you cannot upload multiple image variations in BurnEngine, or at least not with the built-in Banner block.
You can still do all the work manually and use an HTML block. Here is an useful tutorial that explains how to set images with multiple sources for different devices:
