Immediately please! Issue of Conflict with licensed extension

Hi, i installed an extension from isenselabs. Login to see the price. I contacted developer/supporter of company. He said me that this issue from Burntheme and will never touch this code of another extension/template, etc. He forwarded to you and said me that i must contact with you in order to fix this issue!!!. This is immediately because all prices , that activated for login to see the price, will be show 0 (ZERO)$ Please can you fix immediately this issue? Many thanks Best Regards.	Azraell35
