http://docs.themeburn.com/pavilion/sample-data/ shows an icon that I can click to import sample data. That icon however is greyed out after the successful install. How to proceed to get the sample data?

The site is local. I followed the instructions to the letter. What should I check for? The icon for downloading the sample data is not clickable. That is all. That means it is linked to something that is not there yet.

You can’t simply tell me how to enable the sample data download of you theme? This site does not even have a public url yet… do you want to do google chrome remote control to my laptop? Would that be a reasonable alternative?
Look, I enjoy your theme and so far it looks impeccable but please do not delay support to us… we need to enable this sample data asap…

I need to piggyback on this post. I think I thought I downloaded the sample data… but not sure where it went. Would like some help understanding where it went. Thanks… I look forward to figuring this theme out… it’s really nice.

Hi,
Sample data is included in the theme package. You don’t need to download it separately. It is installed after you follow the steps, as exactly described in the documentation.
Sample data is available only on initial installation, before you’ve made any changes to theme options. To access it again, you need to uninstall and again install Pavilion CP module. Beware that you will loose all previously saved theme options.
We asked for admin and ftp access, because we cannot reproduce the error, you are describing. All sample data import works on our develop environment and our demo server.

Before I uninstall and reinstall let me verify that the sample files are
present. The install was clean and successful. Everything else works as you have docunented. Could you please tell us the name of the sample files so that we could search for them?

You don’t need to delete anything. You just need to uninstall the module from Admin > Extensions > Modules.

I am not getting any error. I just need to know where the sample data files are. I have sent you a screenshot of the greyed sample file download icon. So this is not an error but missing data sample files. Can you provide the name?

During data sample install, I selected option: existing store. And it completed successfully. But, since then, when I try to perform any save configuration, it goes on indefinitely and never saves or returns control back to the desktop. How to solve?
