Hello Support,
I was looking into pages on my site and I noticed that the page that should display my details in my account on the actual website displays nothing.
Can you please advise on how to fix this as I don’t want new customers encountering this…..
I also noticed that I have 2 account pages:
- My Account
- Your account
>> What’s the difference & why do I have 2 pages?
(note the ‘your details’ link doesn’t do anything on either of them)

We will need the ftp access, so we can check, because the problem is not with pages.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Extract the archive and upload files to themefolder via ftp. Overwrite existing files.
