Installation issues. – Compability patch – file not found

Hi Guys, I bought this theme and now finally want to use it for a new project. I have installed the theme as per instructions. There is 2 issues that I cannot seem to self fix: 1. ////// OpenCart 2.0.x (skip this step for versions greater than 2.0.x) In OpenCart admin panel go to Extensions › Extensions Installer and install the compatibility modification (patch) that can be found in Theme package > Additional. Or you can delete admin\controller\extension\module\folder and its contents. //// I am using Version 2.3.0.2 so i assume that i skip this step? However the second issue i am having is with uploading product images. It says Warning the directory does not exist! I have checked the admin/config.php file and this all appears correct. Hi, 1) Yes, you need to skip step 2. 2) Not sure what exactly you mean with “uploading product images” problem. Can you please provide more information here and some screens if possible? BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi, We’ve seen your comment in ThemeForest and the problem with product images is now clear. We will need admin and ftp access to check your config files about errors. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
