Issue with CART on mobile version

Hi I’ve a issue with the purchase process in the mobile version (it check on some mobile browsers). My site is http://www.atmpacks.com.mx/

I can add products without problem, after each addition product appears a small pop up (image1); but if I press “Shopping Cart”, the page refreshes and remains the pop up without sending you to the Cart page.

In home page, o any page, I press the Cart icon on Top Menu, only appears a little space betwen the logo and the next element page (image2), but don’t send me to Cart page :s

How I can solve it? Can you help me to check my site?
