Topic: Issue with GET A SHIPPING ESTIMATE in Shopping Cart with TNT Express Extension

I use TNT Express Extension and Shoppica 2. There is an issue to GET A SHIPPING ESTIMATE in Shopping Cart. After selecting Country, Region/State from pull down list and entering the Post Code, the click the Get Quotes button under GET A SHIPPING ESTIMATE in Shopping Cart, It returns with a message as below: “TNT Express The Receiver/Destination Suburb and Postcode (xxxx) are invalid. Please check your details and try again.” I believe that the cause is, the Suburb/City field is missing. because TNT Express Extension needs to check if Suburb/City matches with Post Code. Since there is no Suburb/City data available for input at GET A SHIPPING ESTIMATE in Shopping Cart, therefor it can not output the result. TNT Express Extension works perfectly when Checkout. Because Suburb/City data are available. Suggestion: To have the Suburb/City field at GET A SHIPPING ESTIMATE in Shopping Cart and make it as Required Filed. Hope this issue can be resolved ASAP. Hi Support, Thanks for your quick reply. I have enabled Guest Checkout for the store. You can do the test now. You can use any product for the testing. Hi TB Support, Thanks for your help to modify the cart.tpl template. I have change the cart.tpl. I am getting the message in the City field: Notice: Undefined variable: city in /home/displays/public_html/trade/catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/checkout/cart.tpl on line 211 It still doesn’t work. I have uploaded the cart.plt Can you help me further please?	binbear

Hi, Have you made all other modifications from the installation guide? If you have, you may need to contact the extension developer, as this error is not related with Shoppica in any way. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi TB Support, Sorry, I didn’t modify the File: catalog/controller/checkout/cart.php before getting the message in my last post. Now have modified File: catalog/controller/checkout/cart.php That message is no longer there. After entered the data in the City and click the Get Quotes button. I am getting this message: Please enter a city! Could you please check if this is related to Shoppica? Thanks again!	binbear
