Hi guys

I’ve been communicating with support on an old ‘solved’ thread, however I felt we need to start a new one as it’s not solved.

We both thought the issue was sorted, however I’ve just had a customer confirm State/Region does not appear on Internet Explorer due when using Shoppica2, but it does appear when I changed the template to Shoppica.

Im not sure what version of Internet Explorer they are using, but am waiting to find out.

I do believe though, the issue isn’t with Internet Explorer 9

Hi,

Can you check your server? It shows a list with all your files and everybody can download all the website.

I have the same problem. Some clients have indicated me that on having chosen the country they the region does not load and therefore they cannot complete the record. Only we have this incident with the navigating Internet Explorer, but for tests that I have realized not in the version 9. Have you the possible problem located?

Hi,

We’ve checked the region/state dropdown with all IE and experience no problems at all. The only way to have it empty is, when it is not yet loaded. Maybe this is the case with your clients?
