Hello,

I am getting what seems to be an Ajax issue in the checkout page when I log in with a user account.

To reproduce this, select a product then proceed to checkout, you will see that the bottom block where the product and the payment option is supposed to display shows for a second or so, then disappears, and is replaced by some text “-1″.

Can you please help with this? I have pretty much tried everything I know.

Your checkout page looks fine and payment block is not dissapearing.

About the problem with adding product to cart, we are still trying to find a solution for it.

I forgot to mention that this only happened for Chrome. In any case, I am not sure how it got fixed but I upgraded my Java to version 7 and now it is showing fine…

One last thing, there is space between the header and the top of the address form, any idea where that is coming from.

Also there is a blank space (sidebar?) to the right in the checkout form, how can I make this page full size?

Hallo, I have same problem as gugga7 and ferrykoestering. I turned off the Ajax option in Buddypress for now.

I hope you will fix it, because it is a very important effect.

And one questions. How it works on Live preview on themeforest? Which theme version is there?
PS:
I have latest versions of WP and Shoppica and 2.1.5 Woocomerce.

As you can see, there are 3 issues:

1- The blank space between the header and the address form
2- the added right empty area in the product page and the checkout page (only the add to cart page show full screen)
3- When I click on Create an account, the link disappears and nothing happens.

I hope the video makes it easier to identify the 3 issues.

We are still working on fix for this problem.

It will be very good if you can provide ftp details so we can test with your site before we update package in themeforest.

Any news regarding this? This is a critical issue as it touches the checkout process. If my customers are stuck to pay for my product, there is nothing I can use my website for.

It’s been almost 4 months where my customers cannot go through the payment because of the fore mentioned bug. I am not sure how I can work with an e-commerce theme where sales don’t go through for more than 4 months.

Can you please address this issue? I am ready to request a refund.

We have checked few times and ajax checkout is working fine on your website on google chrome.

Which version of the browser do you use?

P.S. We have tested it on 2 different computers and checkout is showing the payment methods.

Can you confirm it is working for you too?
